International Workshop on Requirements Engineering for Product Lines

Product Line engineering introduces a focus-shift from developing single systems to developing system families.When eliciting, analyzing, and managing product line requirements, we face problems that go beyond conventional requirements engineering. Among them are the problemsof both capturing requirements that are common to all members of theproduct family and of managing expected variations. Another problemis how to derive the requirements for a single family member from the product family requirements specification. While most recent attention has been on methodical aspects for eliciting and analyzing product family requirements, little has been done concerning verification or tool support, which is of particular interest for this workshop.
